Welcome
This guide explains all features available to a user account. It is designed for daily use: upload creatives, run AI reports, compare outputs, and export client-ready PDFs.
Quickstart (Typical Workflow)
- Open Creative Intelligence.
- Click Upload files and select your video/image files.
- Open each file card and fill metadata (brand, audience, category, message, version).
- Choose an AI Review Mode for each file.
- Select the files you want to process (single click).
- Click Generate AI reports for X files.
- Open generated items in Completed Reports.
- Review scorecard, sections, action plan, then click Export to PDF.
Creative Intelligence
This page is your working area for files and reports. It has two main grids:
- Files Grid (what you can process now).
- Completed Reports Grid (what you can read/export now).
Files Grid
How files get into the active grid
- Upload files: adds new files.
- Select from storage: re-use older files saved under your account.
File card basics
- Shows thumbnail, type, filename, brand, warning badge if metadata is missing.
- Single click: select/deselect file for report generation.
- Double click: open file details editor.
- X on card: remove from active grid only (does not delete from storage).
Metadata & AI Review Mode
Inside file details you can edit:
- Brand
- Target audience
- Category
- Primary message
- Secondary messages
- Version
- AI Review Mode
The app validates required metadata based on selected AI Review Mode. If required fields are missing, the file is marked with warnings and cannot be processed until fixed.
Generate Reports
- Select one or more files in the files grid.
- Click Generate AI reports for X files.
- Progress and completion messages appear automatically.
- Completed outputs are added to the active reports grid.
Completed Reports Grid
- Shows preview thumbnail, filename, AI Review Mode, CQI, Tier.
- Single click: select report card.
- Double click: open full report detail view.
- Browse previous reports: add older reports from your storage into the active grid.
Read a Report
Report detail view includes:
- Creative preview (image or video player for video files).
- Final score block (CQI, meter, tier, raw score, CAP rules, notes).
- Scorecard table.
- Section selector tabs (summary, scored sections, custom sections, action plan, metadata).
- Raw output tab (if enabled for your role).
Summary is selected by default. Section details can be expanded/collapsed without leaving the report.
Export to PDF
- Open a report in full view.
- Click Export to PDF.
- The exported file contains report structure, scoring, and section content.
Session & Storage Behavior
- Active session controls what is currently visible in grids.
- Session auto-resets after inactivity window (configured by the platform).
- Storage keeps your uploaded files and reports for a limited retention period.
- Storage browser shows aging warnings (including days remaining near deletion).
- You can remove items from active grid without deleting them from storage.
AI Playbook (User Role)
As a user, you can:
- Create and edit local AI Review Modes.
- Use global/default review modes in analysis (readability depends on permissions).
- Delete your own local review modes.
As a user, you cannot:
- Create global review modes.
- Edit default/global system modes.
- Manage readability exceptions for other users.
Report Preview
Report Preview shows sample report structures for review modes so you can understand expected output format before running real analysis.
Plans, Credits & Payments
Creative Built Different runs on a simple plan + credits model. Each AI report you generate uses one analysis from your monthly allowance. When that allowance runs out, any credits you have are used next.
Plans
- Free: includes 5 AI analyses per month. Good for trying out the core flow.
- Pro (€5 / month): includes 50 AI analyses per month, plus extra capabilities — file packs, report preview generation, priority processing, custom AI review modes, and premium export modes.
Credits
- Credits are one-time top-ups for extra analyses. The starter pack is 50 analysis credits for €5.
- Credits are used only after your monthly plan allowance is used up, so you never spend credits while you still have included analyses left.
- Credits do not expire monthly the way the plan allowance resets.
Managing your plan & payments
- Upgrades and credit purchases are handled through secure checkout.
- You can update your payment method, change or cancel your plan, and view billing history from the customer billing portal.
- If a payment is late, your plan keeps working briefly while the payment retries.
Limits & Access
- Usage is tracked per analyzed file and counts against your monthly plan allowance, then your credits.
- Concurrency and per-run limits are enforced for stability.
- Some capabilities (such as custom AI review modes and premium export modes) are part of the Pro plan.
- Your role controls which settings/actions are available.
FAQ
I selected files but cannot generate reports.
Open file details and check required metadata and AI Review Mode assignment.
Why is a file marked with a warning badge?
At least one required metadata field is missing for the selected review mode.
I cannot see older files/reports.
Use “Select from storage” / “Browse previous reports”. Also check retention window.
Can I access another user’s local prompts?
No. Local prompts are private to the owner (admins/superadmins have broader visibility).
I ran out of monthly analyses. What now?
Upgrade to Pro for a larger monthly allowance, add a credit pack for one-time extra analyses, or wait for your monthly allowance to reset. Credits are only used once your included monthly analyses are gone.
How does Pro billing work?
Pro is €5 / month, billed monthly through secure checkout, and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal. There is no free trial — your Pro plan starts as soon as the payment goes through.
